NHS PCW Recruitment Video

Brief: Create a set of recruitment videos to effectively explain a number of new practitioner roles, aimed at patients and colleagues. Filmed at Black Country & West Midlands GP practices; the videos are to feature in GP waiting rooms, on the Primary Care Workforce website and form part of future recruitment drives. 

Challenge: Filming a series of interviews with busy clinicians at different medical locations around the Black Country & West Midlands during the global pandemic proved a logistical challenge; we worked closely with the client and interviewees to sync up diaries, assessing filming spaces and most importantly ensuring the safety and    

Treatment: Along with interviews, we also suggested capturing some additional footage of practitioners performing their roles, to help viewers understand the roles better and to add further engagement to all videos. 

The featured video is a highlights piece, combining the various speakers featured
